Silver:

One to one personal training. 

Gold:

One to one personal training, including nutritional advice and diet plan.

Platinum:

Where money is no object. We offer a full personal re-invention programme which can include elements of your choice. Ranging from personal training, self defence, nutrition, life coaching and re-styling with 24 hour phone support if required.

All personal training can be at the location of your choice or gym based!
